We build and install active sludge treatment plants, consisting of two main compartments: one of oxidation and one of sedimentation.

The activated sludge is a suspension in water of active biomass (saprophytic bacteria, protozoa, amoebae, rotifers and other microorganisms), usually in the form of flakes. Their functioning is based on the self-cleaning principle that is activated in nature through bacterial processes of nourishment of the organic compounds contained in the waste water.

They can be used in all cases where wastewater with an important organic matrix must be treated, such as those coming from dairies, canning factories, cellars, etc.
