Our tanks can be sandblasted and painted with cycles chosen according to the order specifications, insulated and coated, equipped with accessories. They can be made in the workshop or on site through certified and guaranteed processing.
The insulation, together with piping and heat exchangers, allows to adjust the temperature of the mixture inside the tanks.
We build and install activated sludge treatment plants, consisting of two main compartments: one for oxidation and one for sedimentation. Activated sludge is a suspension in active biomass water (saprophytic bacteria, protozoa, amoebae, rotifers and other microorganisms), usually in the form of flakes. Their operation is based on the principle of self-purification which is activated in nature through bacterial nourishment processes of the organic compounds contained in the waste water. They are used in all cases where wastewater characterized by an important organic matrix must be treated, such as those from dairies, canneries, cellars, etc.
We build plants for the anaerobic digestion of vegetable and agricultural waste and manure and slurry from the livestock industries. The fermentation of biomass inside the digesters allows to capture the biogas and transform it into electricity and thermal energy. Alternatively, through further filtering, biomethane can be produced. The digestate, waste of the anaerobic digestion process, can be used as fertilizer compost. This process allows the total reduction of CO2 emissions of treated biomasses and better management of resources.
We build plants for the treatment of municipal waste. A waste pre-treatment line separates biomass from materials unsuitable for the process (metals, plastics, aluminum, others). Subsequently, the organic fraction of the waste can go into anaerobic digestion and produce energy or biomethane, or, through special machinery, it can be dried, minced and enriched with energy power according to the needs of the end user. This process allows circular management of waste, reduces the CO2 emission of treated biomasses, generates healthier urban environments, produces an economic return and ensures greater respect for the environment.
